Log Splitter

A towable hydraulic log splitter is a heavy-duty industrial tool designed to convert large logs into manageable firewood with minimal physical effort. Engineered for high-production output, these units feature a powerful gasoline engine and a high-pressure hydraulic ram capable of delivering between 20 and 35 tons of splitting force. This allows them to easily power through seasoned hardwoods, knotted rounds, and large-diameter logs that would be impossible to split by hand.

Designed for maximum versatility on the jobsite, most professional models feature a dual-position beam, allowing for both horizontal and vertical splitting. The vertical position is especially useful for heavy, oversized logs, as it enables the operator to roll the log into place without lifting it onto the beam. Built on a rugged steel chassis with a standard ball hitch and high-speed tires, these units are fully towable, making them easy to transport behind a truck or SUV to remote woodlots, residential properties, or commercial yards.
