The modular design includes the frame, locking casters, and a reinforced plywood-decked platform that adjusts in 4-inch increments to reach the exact height required for the task.

Safety & Setup

• Height Customization: Use the spring-loaded locking pins to set the platform at the desired level. For heights above 6 feet, units can be stacked using Half-Sections (3' High) or additional full frames.
• Stability Requirements: All four locking casters must be engaged before mounting. If stacking units to increase height, outriggers are required to widen the base and maintain the 4:1 height-to-base stability ratio.
• Fall Protection: OSHA requires a complete guardrail system (top rails, mid-rails, and toeboards) for any platform height exceeding 10 feet.
• Load Capacity: Rated for light-duty professional use, typically supporting a combined weight of 1,000 lbs for crew and materials.
